User Data Deletion
Ask us to delete the personal data Dotcom holds about you, including data received when you signed in with Facebook.
What we delete
- Your account details: name, email address and phone number.
- Data received from Facebook login, such as your Facebook user ID, name, email address and profile picture.
- Other personal information linked to your account.
How long it takes
We confirm your request by email and delete your data within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept only for as long as the law requires.
