Challenge

BeutyPop challenged us to aid them with offer and promotion support. They wanted an app for their prospective customers and make sure they create irresistible offers and notify the customers about their ongoing offers and discount schemes.

Solution

The ultimate objective is to gain a wide consumer base by offering interesting offers and discounts. Push notifications and in-app pop-ups were used to overcome the challenge. We also made certain that, to increase interaction, we urged the brand to integrate other Swipecart features such as:

  • Loyalty Programs campaigns

  • Studio Mode

  • Allowing customers to add things to their Favorites list.

  • Giving customers a space to connect through reviews and comments.

  • Logging in and integrating social media

  • In-app messages and more

Result

The results were somewhat shocking. Let me talk about it with you. We requested the company to be creative with emoticons and add catchy taglines while designing push notification campaigns. After following the process for a month, the store discovered that Push notifications with emojis have approximately double the opening rate of those without. We saw an increase in sales of the product we offered discounts on as push notification opening rates increased. The average order value per consumer grew as well.
